missingWrote a review on Jun 09kitchen supplieslocation proximityfriendly staffdirty roombroken ac
The room was okay but definitely needed some TLC. The AC didn’t work well and it felt a bit dirty. There were missing light bulbs and the towels were tiny. The kitchen had bare minimum supplies, pretty disappointing for an extended stay. Plus, we had to deal with some cleanliness issues, like the trash in the stairwell. Just not what I expected for the price.

The room was well-equipped and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The amenities were minimal, with limited coffee options and breakfast items available. Encountering renovation closures without prior notice was also disappointing.

would love to come back
The room was spacious with a cool air conditioning system, desk, and flat-screen TV. The kitchen had everything I needed, like a microwave, refrigerator, and toaster. Plus, the private bathroom came with free toiletries. Oh, and the lobby was cozy with a nice seating area, which made it easy to relax.

I stayed for a weekend visit to see my family in the area and found the location to be incredibly convenient. The cozy atmosphere in the lobby was a pleasant surprise and offered a nice spot for a chat before heading out. However, I was disappointed that kitchen items like plates and silverware weren't readily available and I had to request them, which was a hassle. Overall, it met my needs for a quick visit but could use some improvements in guest readiness.

Pretty cool staff!
I enjoyed my stay here, mainly because the staff were super nice and fun to chat with, especially the room service ladies. The only thing was, room service didn’t come every week like I thought it would. Plus, I didn’t get all the cooking supplies I was promised, which was kinda annoying.

missingWrote a review on Apr 30handy kitchenettegood locationmissing amenities
The rooms feature a decent layout with a kitchenette that could be handy for longer stays, although it's sparse on necessary items. Location-wise, it's conveniently situated near the freeway, making it easy to access various parts of the city.
Getting basic amenities like a hair dryer took an astonishing 11 hours across multiple requests, which is pretty flawed for an extended stay setup. Some kitchen essentials were missing from my room. I had only one fork and no sponge or dish soap. The complimentary breakfast left much to be desired, with no coffee or hot options available by the end hours, just instant oatmeal without hot water. The common areas appeared neglected, with carpets needing a solid cleaning and visible debris around. The entire experience left me feeling like management could use a serious upgrade in both care and attention.

Comfortable room, spacious setup, complete with a flat-screen TV and a kitchen equipped with cookware, made my stay pleasant and convenient for exploring the area, along with the added benefit of free parking.
Couldn't ask for more.
